Our radiologists pride themselves on providing responsive service to our referring physicians. Reports are generated as soon as images are read. All reports are available 24/7 to referring physicians through Auburn Park Imaging's online radiology information services.
Our professional and caring staff also recognizes when a patient visits our imaging centers they may be worried or anxious about their health and the procedure itself. Patient comfort and convenience is paramount as well as sensitivity to each individual patient's needs.

Referral Forms, Reports & Images, Appointments
We're here to assist you! Results are available to referring physicians by clicking on the appropriate Provider Access button that is located on each page of our site. If you are interested in obtaining access to online reports and images and do not have a login, or if you're in need of more referral forms, your Marketing Manager can assist you. Our scheduling staff is available Monday – Friday to schedule your patient exams.

Auburn Park Imaging offers a full range of imaging services with board-certified radiologists, certified technologists and service-oriented staff. All diagnostic imaging procedures must be recommended by your physician and require a physician order. Your physician's office staff can assist you with your appointment or you can schedule your procedure directly with us.

We provide 24-hour report turn around as a standard of business, and upon request, can provide 2-hour call reports for STAT appointments. Auburn Park Imaging is dedicated to providing the highest standard of care in diagnostic imaging services.

Appointments
All diagnostic imaging procedures must be recommended by your physician and require a physician order. Your physician's office staff can assist you with your appointment or you can schedule your procedure directly with us.

At Auburn Park Imaging, we want to assist you in coping with your financial requirements. Each health insurance company has different rules for filing claims. You may incur added expense if you fail to follow your insurer's requirements. For patients with insurance, you will be required to pay any deductibles or co-insurance dictated by your insurance plan at time of service.
